On 18 February I was a guest at the festive renewal of the SER Works Council. I was allowed to provide a visual framework for the session. This afternoon was led by Ruben Houweling, there was an introduction by SER chairman Kim Putters and a sharp analysis by Johan Zwemmer. Both a works council and a director can consult the works council. The works council also provides information and answers specific questions about participation and the Works Councils Act. But it is more than a dispute between parties, let alone a competition. On 18 February it was noted that from now on there will be one works council; previously there were two committees. It was nice to speak in an animated manner about the usefulness and necessity of the renewed works council.
